DELIVERY
Orders placed before 5pm Monday – Friday will generally ship the following day. Orders placed after 5pm on a Friday or at the weekend will be despatched the next working day.
Zero Mind® use trusted carriers to deliver your items. All of our packages are discreet and in plain, non-branded packaging.
Order Tracking: we will provide Order Tracking details in your online account. Note: not all or our carriers provide Tracking details.
Back Ordered Items: these will be despatched as soon as the items become available. If an orders gets split (due to stock levels) you will not be charged additional delivery charges.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Returns: Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Damaged, Opened or Used items cannot be returned.
Unused Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you wish to return your order, please email us at: orders@zero-mind.com requesting an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorisation); remember to include your order number in all correspondence.
Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item and refunds will be issued using the same method the payment was received.
Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded.
